I don't think he ever sleeps. Leigh isn't afraid to give necessary negative feedback. During 2 of our tours, he quickly identified big red flags before we did, and wasn't afraid to say "I don't think this is the house for you." Leigh listened to our very specific needs, and had them committed to memory by Day 2. Because this was our first house, we had a lot of questions.
